Courtney McRickard

Courtney is principal/owner of zerosixthree development, which is an integrated firm performing design, entitlement and development services ranging from concept, branding, graphics, interiors through development. Currently, zerosixthree development has multiple projects under construction and permitting ranging from multi family, infill and mixed use.

Courtney entered the field of design and construction 18 years ago, and has true passion for all forms of design and the built environment. She has experience designing and developing large urban projects for public, commercial and private clients. Courtney has led large design teams from concept, entitlements through construction.
